1st Shift Line Lead - HBC
Job Description
All Star Personnel is currently hiring a bilingual lead for a health and beauty manufacturing facility in Smyrna, TN. This temporary to permanent position.
1st shift - $17.50 (6:30am-3pm)
2nd shift - $19.00 (2:30pm-11pm)
3rd shift - $19.00 (10:30pm-7am)
Job Description:
Lead a team to accomplish daily goals and reach quotas. Relay instructions from the supervisor or manager. Delegate duties.
Essential Functions:
1. Have solid math and reading skills
2. Bilingual (*Spanish*, Arabic, Pashtu, Swahili, French, Farsi, Hindi)
3. The ability to read and write in English
4. Some experience leading a group
5. Manufacturing line experience
6. The ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment
7. Some measure of higher learning (not required, but very nice to have)
8. Candidates must also be available to work weekends
9. For 2nd/3rd shift candidates, you must be able to train on 1st shift. You will then transfer to your designated shift-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
