Job Description

Operate and maintain various machines (both mechanical and or Computer Numerically Controlled) to established standards and working order.
Meet productivity standards.
Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine
Suggest improvements to processes or procedures.
Coordinate with personnel, Team Leader and Engineering for issues and improvements.
Actively participate in risk assessment activities for their area of responsibility.
Actively participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis and support implemented corrective actions.
Understand and fully utilize all ISO procedures.
Participate in safety observation programs as required.
Complete required documentation such as: patrols, housekeeping sheets, etc.
Perform 6S and other housekeeping duties required for clean and safe work environment
Train others as needed.
Create and maintain a team effort attitude and team approach within the department and plant.
