Admin Assistant to HR Team
Mount Juliet, TN Temp Order US
Utilizes Microsoft Outlook to email multiple contacts regarding staffing.
Prepares spreadsheets for temporary staffing needs.
Answers and directs departmental phone calls.
Schedules and organizes appointments; takes notes as needed.
Proofreads and correct documents and correspondence produced by department.
File employee paperwork in the designated personnel files.
May processes required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.
May assist with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills utilizing professional etiquette.
Ability to type efficiently with accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Ability to operate general office equipment.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Administrative training required.
Two years of administrative assistant experience preferred.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up-to 15 pounds at times.
