Position Summary:

Responsible for assembling servers on a production line.



Essential Functions:

· Assemble servers on a production line.

· Follow written and verbal instructions to assemble products to specific specifications.

· Use hand tools and equipment to assemble and fit parts together.

· Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following 5S.

· Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.

· Meet goals for production.

· Other responsibilities as assigned.



Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous assembly or production experience preferred.



Other Skills and Abilities:

· Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required, hearing protection, etc.

· Ability to read and interpret written instructions and photos.

· Ability to use hand tools and equipment.

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

· Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.

· Basic math skills.

· Basic computer knowledge, log-in, open files, etc.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule.



Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

· Ability to bend, stoop, stand/sit for prolonged periods.

· Ability to move about production and warehouse facilities.

· Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled environment occasionally.
