Position Summary:

Assist with the research of inventory discrepancies from internal or external factors. Maintain inventory accuracy while meeting expectations.

 

Essential Functions:

·        Assist in reconciliation of Inventory Cycle Counts.

·        Assists Inventory Analyst in addressing and correcting inventory discrepancies.

·        Arrange stock in accordance with warehouse best practices

·        Collaborate with Information Technology to identify and correct WMS/ Esp system issues.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

·        Ability to operate a Stand- Up Forklift and Reach Truck

·        Knowledge of WMS and ERP communications

·        Previous experience with inventory and cycle counting

 

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

·        Strong communication skills.

·         Must be a team player that can work efficiently under minimal supervision.

·        Ability to function and execute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

·        Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

·        Strong sense of process, detail and follow through

·        Ability to multi-task across problem domains and various contexts

·        Ability to work independently and with a team

·        Clearly present information through the spoken and written word

 

Education and Experience:

·        High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

·        3 to 5 years of previous experience with an emphasis on Inventory and Cycle counts.

·        1 to 2 years of forklift experience

 

Physical Demands:

·        Able to stand, walk, squat, bend and lift up-to 50lbs

·        Able to work in a warehouse environment with no central heat or air.
