Position Summary: Provide administrative support on special projects to the Human Resources Department. Fully Onsite.
Essential Functions: · Organize, in chronological order, electronic personnel files (PDF Format): o Ensure all employees have a complete file. o Ensure all documents are in the correct file: Personnel vs. Secure. o Ensure all documents are saved in the correct format. · Assist with I-9 Audit. · Ensure documents are also uploaded into HRIS, if applicable. · Complete other duties/projects as assigned.
Education and Experience: · High School Diploma or GED. · Minimum one (1) year experience in an HR department. · Proficient in MicroSoft office products. · Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities: · This is a FULLY ONSITE position; must be able to report onsite daily. · Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented. · Strong written and spoken English skills. · Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Physical Requirements: · Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally. · Ability to bend, stoop, stand/sit for prolonged periods. · Ability to see to review documents on a computer screen.
