Key Responsibilities • Oversee all outbound fulfillment activities: picking, packing, QC, and shipping • Manage daily staffing and workflows to meet shipping SLAs • Lead daily operational meetings with management • Monitor packaging supply levels and order when needed • Ensure all orders meet the 1 PM same-day shipping cut-off • Oversee LTL and small parcel shipments and proper staging • Troubleshoot basic scanning hardware/software issues • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping environment • Collaborate with Admin, Inventory, and Warehouse departments on order resolution ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate for this role is someone who: ? Must be forklift experienced, and not just certified. Must have extensive warehouse experience Must speak English or be Spanish/English bilingual Flexible availability
