Operators are to perform the task of receiving, assembly, disassembly and test of products as may be directed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED. Maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships with co-workers, supervisor. Work as part of the team and collaborate with co-workers and colleagues. Responsible for reading, understanding and following all Work Instructions (WI’s) for each function performed. Works in compliance with safety and all other training. Adheres to and supports QMN’s Corporate Policies and Procedures. Disassembles and/or reassembles units according to the applicable work instructions. Tests units according to work instructions and process flows. Responsible for inspecting products to ensure it is labeled correctly. Responsible for completing applicable paperwork completely and accurately. Responsible for entering data accurately into the QMS shop floor system. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment by identifying all safety hazards and recommending corrective actions when necessary. Responsible for utilizing proper lifting and material movement techniques at all times. Actively works to improve processes in the company. Performs other duties as directed by management
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Six (6) months experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. One year of experience in an industrial environment preferred.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Computer literate in a Windows Environment and Internet. Basic math skills. Accurate counting skills. Â Detail oriented. Â Good organizational skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Must be self-motivated with ability to use own initiative. Flexibility to change direction frequently with little notice. Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Able to complete projects under tight deadlines. Legible handwriting. Â Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Able to maintain confidentiality. Able to handle routine assignments of a repetitive nature. Able to perform repetitive motion with hands and arms. Good visual acuity. Must be able to work overtime.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Able to squat to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Able to stand, stoop and bend. Ability to walk and stand on cement floors for long periods. Able to work in warehouse environment. Able to handle routine assignments of a repetitive nature. Able to perform repetitive motion with hands and arms Able to wear ESD gloves.
